Why I Stopped Drinking Coffee: Hidden Dangers of Caffeine on Your Brain
Coffee was an addiction to me for most of my adult life. My coffee consumption was very related to work. I felt I couldn’t start the day’s work without my coffee. I tried to quit a few times, but that didn’t last long. The urge for my morning coffee came back pretty quickly. The main reason for me putting off quitting coffee totally was because I didn’t understand how it did affect me. All the research I looked at produced mixed reports. Was coffee good for you? Or was it bad for you? It was difficult for me to find the real answer. It was later I found out that most research reports are plain BS. They used the same tactics as the cigarettes companies did when they provided their studies. Once I learned how coffee, or caffeine, works and how harmful it is to the human brain, it became easy for me to quit coffee.
So what does coffee do to the human brain. Coffee of course contains caffeine, and it’s the caffeine that has a massive detrimental effect on human brain function. Caffeine inhibits long-term thinking and planning. It also increase the risk of dementia. Watch the video below that shows MRI images taken before and after one cup of coffee showed a decrease in blood flow to the brain by 40%.
.
As shown in the next video, caffeine is 20 times more toxic than pesticide.
.
Coffee is NOT health food. Period. Over 70% of the world’s coffee supply is contaminated with toxic pesticides and chemicals. Caffeine is an alkaloid that the coffee plant uses to kill bugs, which eat it’s seeds. The coffee plant also uses caffeine in the coffee pods to kill surrounding plants, so the coffee plant can attain more sunlight and grow larger. Caffeine is a pesticide, which causes genetic termination in living cells that come into contact with it.
Brain imaging studies of chronic coffee drinkers showed they presented the same degradation of their brains as chronic alcoholics, cigarette smokers, Parkinson’s patience and marijuana users described in this article.
Here we have an article explaining clearly why caffeine destroys human potential within the brain, leading lower life performance and achievement on all levels. This is an agenda explained below. Hot chocolate, caffeine laced energy drinks, chocolate and pop of course are gate way caffeine drugs for children…. toward their future coffee addictions as adults.
So why all the lying about coffee. Think of government and how governing a brain damaged population is easier than governing a healthy population. The main tools for the ruling group to use for this is mind control and poison. The more poisoned - the more likely to comply. Coffee fits very well into this (as does alcohol, junk food, prescription medicine, vaccines). The majority of mind control is repetitive content (and the victims are unaware of this). That’s why you see coffee everywhere in our society; TV, coffee shops, culture, friends, family. Monkey see - monkey do.
The subconscious operates outside of your conscious awareness, like you don’t control your heart beat, food digestions etc. It’s the same thing. The conscious mind can process 140 pieces of data per second, while the subconscious can process 11 million. The subconscious is a safety-based application, not a logic-based application. The subconscious mind picks up the repetitive content and process it as a safe place to be. Belonging to the bigger group feels safe. Belonging to the bigger group is seeking safety. 70% of the population do this - even if it’s a lie.
Group dynamics also works better when poisoned. A weaker population is easier to control than a healthy population. That’s why we (humans) farm chickens not lions, salmon not sharks.
What we really want in life needs to be forced, while fitting in is set as an automatic form of cruise control in our behavior pathway. It’s time to wake up and make your own choices. Awareness is the first step - choice is the second.
If you need coffee to get through the day, that’s not energy… that’s survival mode. It’s a sign your body is toxic, dehydrated, mineral-deficient, and running on stress hormones. Real energy doesn’t come from stimulants. It comes from:
Flooding your body with nutrients & minerals
Deep, restorative sleep
Hydration,
Movement & exercise
A clear purpose in life
Time in nature & with loved ones
No matter how hard you work, caffeine is never the solution. It’s a slow burn into exhaustion, burnout and dis-ease. The truth? You don’t need coffee. You need alignment. You need vitality. You need LIFE FORCE. Choose that instead.
Quitting coffee is one of the best decisions I have made. I now have more energy and feeling a lot better throughout the day, everyday. It definitely made a difference.
